This is a cleaned scan of a profile pic for one of maverickz3r0's in an old RP. All I need to do is clear the lines, color, shading...

Okay, I really need to clean the lines. I need to find a way to do that through PhotoShop filters. Anyone know any?

I am back again. Not that I said I was going away but I was. I was staying with some family friends in Prince Rupert until the heat died down. It hasn't really, but close enough and some things have been worked out meaning I don't currently have to deal with it.
I am going to be fixing up my RP characters and such. So that I can actually play them again. It'll take time, I think, for people to actually realize that. But I'm willing to wait.

Proto's back in the Nexus now. His changes didn't really need to be that significant, I don't think, anyway. Netto's won't either. Blues may require a bit of work. Shuuko's crack anyway and doesn't have to make sense.

Anyone who's actually reading this and knows what I'm talking about feel free to correct me. Now is a good time as I'm feeling fairly level.

Forte Wily
Species: /Mortal Form/ Bioroid; /Celestial Form/ Godling
Age: Impossible to determine. Physical 17.
Gender: M Orientation: Bi (left-leaning)
Home World: Arcadia (Electopia) D045
Alliance: Chosen Guard
Background: Forte was created by Dr. Wily in the year 20XX as a 'beta version' bioroid. His original design was to make him a security guard or a bodyguard, hence why he was built with weapons and armor from the beginning, as well as many programming components to not harm humans left out. He is technically Blues' one-third brother, but neither consider this the case. The two cultivated a strong relationship early on that was nearly broken when Forte had no choice but to leave with Dr. Wily when he betrayed Light. Forte gave Blues his signature yellow scarf, and the two came up with his whistle together. When he gave away the scarf, Forte received from Blues a small silver whistle that the other would hear wherever he was.
During the Rebellions, Forte stayed for the most part away from the battlefield until Wily was captured at last. He went with several Robot Masters to rescue him under standing orders. Before he went out to fight, he received a message from Blues requesting that he not harm his younger brother, Rock (Mega Man). Forte conceded that if they ever fought, he would go easy on the younger bot, as the blue one would not kill. He worked with Wily until the scientist started work on Zero, at which point he fled with Blues to the relative safety of the forest and had the chip removed binding him to Wily's orders. The two attempted to disable the new robot through various means, but were forced to flee when the plan backfired.
Forte's first death was at the same time as Rock's, at Zero's hands. The second time around (see Blues' file) Zero took his memory core and Rock's, meaning neither one could be repaired but allowing Blues to rescue them in another way. When Blues took the second team back in time, he bartered to allow Forte to enter the Net as a Navi. During this time, Forte was known as Bass.exe, who traveled the Cyberworld, fighting the strong, until he was defeated soundly at the Battlechip GP by Blues' twin sons. He retreated to the Undernet until the disaster that brought the team to the Shooting Star. Upon realizing he was somehow alive once more and as a favor to Blues, Fate made him godling over Planar Souls and AIs.
Abilities:
/Mortal Form/
Forte has all the normal abilities of a robot, namely enhanced strength and reflexes. As his name implies, he has a higher power rating and strength increase than most other bioroids, and his armor is made of adamantium (Metool Armor) to reduce the damage he takes. His armor seems bulky but is actually light and fairly aerodynamic.
/Celestial Form/
As a godling, Forte holds the Front Alignment Chaotic Evil, though he is probably far closer to Chaotic Neutral. His domains are in Planar Souls (angels who have reincarnated in mortal form and remember Celestial life) and Artificial Intelligences. As such, he has control over these domains in most ways, and is able to cast most simple spells. Forte's front alignment is Evil, so he cannot heal. As one of the younger godlings, Forte cannot control any of the others, but angels who wish to reincarnate often seek him out for protection.
Personality: Forte has a seemingly strong, open, brash personality, although in reality he is very serious and thoughtful. He does enjoy his share of violence, but cannot really be considered a sadist. There are people who fear him, but there are few who truly need to. Like Blues, Forte is strongly protective, but he can take it too far and become overbearing, even jealous. He is not as cause-driven as his partner though, and can tend to get emotional or irritated quickly. He has little patience for secrets but tolerates them in Blues, and will not hesitate to defend those he cares about if need be. As such, Forte has very few real friends, although those he has are close to him.
Physical: Of all the bioroids, Forte is the second-tallest, standing at the average Arcadian adult height of slightly over 6'. He has a strong but not muscle-bound build, and can best be described as 'wiry'. His ragged dark purple hair hangs a little ways past his shoulders, and his red eyes flash dangerously when he is upset. The purple streaks under his eyes have the effect of making him look angrier than he actually is. In armor, he wears black rimmed with gold, which is made of painted adamantium alloy. He has a black helmet with gold-crested fins on it that covers his hair entirely, since he usually ties it back when he wears it. His overall design in armor mimics the deadly cobra, hence his armored codename.
Mental State: Forte has a stable, if violent, mind. He has no real disorders to speak of, excepting an aversion to electromagnetic pulses (which is understandable, considering the fact they would shut down all the mechanics in his body.) and the tendency to get fairly easily irritated.
